Music History For Kids And Teens

1. What Is It?

This is an 8-week online music appreciation series for kids and teens, taught in 30 & 45-minute group Zoom sessions. Students (ages 8 and up) explore music through:

• Listening and watching videos

• Learning about composers, genres, and music history

• Fun discussions, jokes, and social time

• Opportunities to perform and share

No prior music skills or instruments required — just curiosity and an internet connection.

2. What Are the Benefits?

These sessions help children:

3. Who Is It For?

• Fun Music World — ages 8–12, curious and creative kids

• What Do You Know About Music? — ages 13–17, teens interested in culture and music

4. When?

Sessions are scheduled based on participants' inquiries and teachers' availability.

5. How Much?

• $20 per session when paid in full ($200 for 10 sessions)

• $22.50 per session when paid monthly ($90 for 4 sessions)

• Sibling add-on: $10 per session

• Fees are non-refundable
